MAX'S MARATHON

Max, Jenny's real life inspiration for her main character, fought a tough battle with cancer, and went through chemotherapy. He and Jenny went on long, rigorous walks for 12 years, but he got to where he couldn't keep up any longer.  Jenny had done three half-marathons and trained for her fourth. But the fourth time, it was all for Max.  Check out the training video below, and the finish line pictures from race day: March 22, 2015.

Max finished his race two days later, March 24, 2015, and when he crossed the finish line, he ran into the arms of Jesus.
